Grandpa and Nana arrived and I gave them the usual long walking tour of Honolulu airport. (I'll figure that airport out eventually!) Their first day here was the "Bunny Bash" at Playmorning. We made bunny ears, dodged some hawaiian showers, hunted for easter eggs, had a picnic, and hugged the Easter Bunny!
At one point Nana was explaining to Mika that when they said GO she was to run out to the field to get eggs. At that moment, Mika started a false start, and led a group of kids out early. We rounded them up and then when it was time to actually GO, Mika just stood there like "eh I can't be bothered with this" haha! It didn't take her long to get the hang of it when she discovered goldfish, and ants, in the eggs. And perfect timing, a P3, "Daddy's Hairplane" flew over us during the egg hunt. The eggs provided hours of fun making Nana hide and search for them all over the house over the next two weeks.
